Team Audit Report

This new system combines our expertise in Professor Marston's DISC model with "Role Fit Theory". The combined insights from both measures provide a basis for building and developing great teams and maximising organisational performance. The system has its own questionnaire that develops ideal team goals and objectives. Team members are then selected, evaluated and compared to the team goals. A simple yet detailed report, with useful graphics, is then produced to describe a variety of team issues.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you order a Team Audit Report, you must also order one Thomas International Personal Profile Report (PPA-Standard) FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER. A PPA-Standard Report is needed on each team member, in order to complete the comparison of the Actual Team against the Ideal Team. If you team has 7 members, then  their will be 1 x Team Audit charge PLUS 7 x PPA-Standard charges.

If you use this system to order and pay for a Team Audit Report, choose the number of Team Member PPAs required, under the 'Additional Requirements' option. in the Options List above.

After the order process is completed, we will get back to you via email to confirm the full names of the candidates, gender, test languages and the email addresses to where the links to the Online Psychometric Test should be sent. We will also send you the Team Audit Form in PDF File Format, this needs completing and faxing back to us in order for us to create the ideal team profile, to compare the completed PPAs to. Once the test is completed, we will generate the Team Audit/Personal Profile Analysis Report in PDF File Format and email it to the email address requested.
