Personal Profile Analysis Report (PPA - Standard)

The Personal Profile Analysis is a comprehensive written description of an individual's unique behavioural style. It has been developed for individual use as well as for managers, supervisors and peers. This assessment is the foundation report that is recommended for anyone interested in exploring self-analysis as well as for those looking for a detailed analysis on an employee, candidate, co-worker, or significant other.

The PPA is available to take online, in a variety of languages. It is important to take the test in your native language, that is, the language you think in. Just because you have been in, and spoken in, a country for a long time, does not mean that you are fluent in all the nuances (subtle details) of that language. This is the standard PPA test and report. The standard report includes:

• PPA Profile;
• Graphs and Scores;
• Job Profile;
• Candidate Feedback;

No guarantee is given as to the outcome of the written report. The report will be based upon the choices the candidate makes to 24 forced-choice questions, therefore the outcome of the report will reflect only the choices made by the candidate.

VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure that you choose the correct language for the report, i.e., your native or 'thinking' language. You may be fluent in English, however, do you understand all the subtle nuances of the English language's words.

Once the test is completed, we will generate the Personal Profile Analysis Report in English,  in PDF File Format and email it to the email address requested.

The candidate might not agree with the report, but look carefully at the details. The report will produce analysis and use words such as 'could' and 'might' and 'may'. This means exactly that, 'could' and 'might' and 'may'. Any psychometric report should not be used in isolation or as the 'be all and end all', but rather used as a tool to aid a greater understanding of the candidate/individual or self.

On purchasing the Online PPA test, you will be given the additional option of 30 minutes, telephone based, one-to-one feedback with a Thomas International approved person. ½-day Group feedback sessions are available in the UK only or via Skype Video Conference for elsewhere.
