Payment Policy - Non-Account Holders
Full payment must be received and cleared prior to the provision of any products or services. Payment may be made via Credit or Debit Cards, BACS or CHAPS transfer and Cheque. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd, will not be obliged to provide any product or service, until payment is received and cleared.
Payment Policy - Credit Account Holders
Only cleared credit account customers will be granted the ability to charge any product or service to their account. Full purchase orders may be requested prior to the provision of any product or service.
The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd reserves the right to decline a product or service provision to any Credit Account Customer, if the account has invoices which are overdue, in dispute or in default. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd also reserves the right to decline the provision of any product or service to any credit accout customer.

Completion of Tests
Once any test is ordered and paid for or charged to an account, but not yet taken, a refund of payments or revearsal of account charges can be requested. All requests will be dealt with in a prompt manner however, a full refund of payment will not be possible as costs to The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd will have been incurred at this point. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd will retain 20% of the total value of the payment. Once the test has been taken, no refund is possible.
Guarantees
The Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis is based upon the choices the candidate makes to 24 questions. Any report generated will therefore, be based entirely upon these answers. The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd therefore, cannot be liable for the final report's content. The candidate may choose to disagree with the content of the report however, it will have been generated by the choices the candidate made to the 24 questions. Free online support via the messaging and discussion forum within the support area of www.123trained.co.uk, is availabe or via the telephone, if that service was paid for at the time of ordering.
The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd, will wait 1 hour (See Note 1) from being notified of the completion of the test, before generating the final report. Therefore, if the candidate feels that they have not completed the test correctly, they have 1 hour to get in touch and to request a re-take of the online test. Only 1 re-take is permitted per candidate. Notes
Note 1: All timings show, relate to normal office hours (see Note 2). Any timing shown, which falls outside normal office hours, will apply from the start of the next working day. People and businesses requesting support outside normal office hours, should contact us directly. Arrangements, subject to availability, can be put in place for people and businesses, wishing to have orders for Pyschometic Tests and Reports, completed outside of normal office hours.
